Youstice Sandbox goes live this week

Youstice's first web application release for handling customer disputes - the Sandbox - goes live globally this week, giving retailers a rare opportunity to run the first cases and test it.

The Sandbox is a safe environment, in which every retailer can set up one or more of their shops and test it internally free of charge, handling first cases and checking how it complements their existing customer service. The customers, on the other hand, can see how they will be able to report on their issues in four easy steps.

The Sandbox is running until June 11, when the "real thing" goes live. The full live release will then be available for retailers to install as a simple plug-in for the first three months for free. After that time, they can choose from several packages, starting from 10EUR per month.
