3) Indicate whether you agree with the complaint.

4) Indicate whether you agree with the proposed solution. If you don’t agree, simply submit your counter-proposal.

5) Submit your response and make your customer happy again. If you still both can’t agree, let the customer escalate the issue to a neutral professional for a fair decision.

6) Implement the agreement or decision to earn your customers’ trust.
