Enable your customers to better engage and make them independent. Become a VRooMer!

What is VRM?

VRM, as an opposite to CRM or customer relation management is starting to be a new big thing. It emerged 10 years ago in USA and has re-appeared recently as a strong new trend in business attitude. Key person behind VRM is Doc Searls, a common sense Internet thinker and influential blogger who now runs ProjectVRM at the Berkman Center at Harvard University.

VRM is focusing on how ordinary people wish their relationship with vendors to be. Doc summarized VRM in the headline of my blog – enable your customers to better engage and make them independent.  There are many VRM companies around the world, they undertake business in different areas, yet we have one thing in common:  we try to set up new more friendly and common-sense environment on a global Internet marketplace. And Youstice is proud to be part of this jazzy trend.

How we use VRM in our app?

Sometimes, your customers are interested in more options how to resolve their claims than just refund/chargeback. Refunds will often be their choice but sometimes they might be interested to receive a replacement of product, a price reduction or even different options. Also, you might prefer to propose to your customers in some cases to get the product repaired or provide them a different service in place of the one which went wrong instead of a refund.
Then, there is still an option you two cannot agree exceptionally. And what to do in this case? You can give your customers a chance to have their issue resolved by an independent qualified third party neutral. Your customers will be able to select such neutral third party (online dispute resolution provider) from those preselected by you.
In addition, you can enable your customers to communicate with you in their own language! Youstice gives you all these options and many more.
